If I had to live one of those lives I would pick living in Antarctica because you have a home to live in.Also there is good food.I pick Antarctica because i don't want to live on a boat in open water and have to bathe in a boat.In Antarctica there is a bathroom and they ave a game room and TV.Also you eat in a cafeteria.Another reason is they can have parties.Also because you can relax house and don't relax in you to keep watch and make sure the boat is sailing right.That why I pick Antarctica.Even though on a boat you can go around the world but i still pick Antarctica because there is more things to d and I can live like a normal person.Also I don't like the sea.

The African Burial Ground Essay

African were taken out of their countries to be slave in new amsterdam, which is new york

the first 11 africans came in 1626. Slaves were bought and and sold like items.this wall was made because on the otherside of the wall belong to the Dutch. The wall was made in the same place we call wall street.Slaves were bought and sold at the foot of the wall. When slaves died they were buried in their own coffins. They weren't able to go in a group bigger than 12because the dutch thought they might run away. Also, they couldn't go at night because the white men thought they might away so they had to go at dusk. Some of the way they were punished were by getting hunged,whpped, or roasted alive. There is a lot of buildings over the burial ground. The burial ground was the first momument.When we saw the graves and our directer said"That 40% of them were children under the age of 12 and 9% of them were infants ages of 1 and 2 I felt bad and sad for those kids.

This is the abuse and terror that those people went through in life which sometimes wasn't that long.I think they went through too much.
